All transfers include complimentary waiting time for your comfort. Standard pick-ups include 30 minutes free, while airport arrivals include up to 1.5 hours from scheduled landing. Your driver will arrive in the arrivals hall 30 minutes after landing and wait an additional 1 hour at no extra charge.
Any additional waiting time is charged at €30 per 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note all 10% deposits are non refundable to cover administrative and bank charges.

The remaining balance will be refunded for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer(s), tour(s), or service(s).
If full payment is made without a deposit, then a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total booking amount to cover administrative and bank charges.

If a cancellation is made less than the 48hours prior, No refund will be given.

In case of no show / cancellation in the same day, the amount will not be refunded. 

It is important to plan accordingly to avoid any cancellation fees.
