Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our services.

CANCELLATION
48+ hours: refund subject to the agreed deposit/administration charge.
Less than 48 hours: non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Airport Waiting
90 minutes complimentary waiting after actual landing.
€30 per additional 30 minutes.
FLIGHT DELAYS
Up to 4 hours: normally accommodated within the original booking.
More than 4 hours: new booking required.
FLIGHT MONITORING
We monitor your live flight and adjust the pickup time accudingly with your flight arrival.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with Lisbon Private Transfers for private transfers, chauffeur services, tours and any other services we provide.
1. BOOKINGS
Bookings are confirmed once Lisbon Private Transfers has accepted the booking and the required payment or deposit has been received. Please check your confirmation and tell us promptly if any details are incorrect.
2. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Changes or additional services may incur additional charges.
3. CANCELLATION
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund. The agreed 10% deposit is non-refundable. Where no deposit has been paid, an administration charge of 10% of the total booking value will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights.
4. FLIGHT MONITORING & DELAYS
Where a valid flight number is provided, we monitor your flight and adjust the expected pickup time where possible. Delays of up to 4 hours are normally accommodated. Delays of more than 4 hours require a new booking, subject to availability and the applicable rate.
5. AIRPORT WAITING
Airport transfers include 90 minutes of complimentary waiting after actual landing. Additional waiting is charged at €30 per 30 minutes.
6. STANDARD PICKUP WAITING
Non-airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting. Additional waiting is charged at €30 per 30 minutes.
7. BOOKING CHANGES & ADDITIONAL STOPS
Changes to your booking, additional stops or significant route changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
8. VEHICLES & DRIVERS
We provide premium vehicles and may use appropriately licensed professional partner drivers where required. An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be provided in exceptional circumstances.
9. PASSENGERS & LUGGAGE
Please provide accurate passenger and luggage information when booking. Oversized or specialist luggage should be declared in advance.
10. PASSENGER CONDUCT
Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Passengers must behave respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver. Customers may be responsible for reasonable costs caused by vehicle damage or exceptional cleaning.
11. PAYMENTS & FUTURE CHARGES
Where expressly authorised at checkout, payment details may be securely retained by our payment provider to process the remaining balance and other charges permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
12. COMPLAINTS, PRIVACY & LAW
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns and may also use the Portuguese Livro de Reclamações. Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

✓ Future card charges: only where expressly authorised and covered by these Terms & Conditions
